My Quote

"Maybe our mistakes are what makes our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course we wouldn't fall in love, or be who we are. After all seasons change. So do cities. People come in our lives and people go. But it's comforting...the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're lucky, always will be."-Miranda Brogdon

Regrets and Resentment.....

Throughout my days I have a lot of time to think about things that have happened or things that are going on now. I find that I'm regretting a lot of things that has happened and even resenting some things that are happening now! I know it isn't good to regret or to resent just some of the things that have happened in the past and that are even going on now bothers me. I'm going to try to fix these issues I'm having by turning to the Bible for guidance with my problems and hopefully it will help me find the answers I need to mend whats going on. Also I am hopefully going to find some way to sit down with my husband and discuss some issues with him so that he knows how I feel and we can grow from there.

1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Matthew 6:12-13

And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

I've had those moments as well. Actually, I'm pretty sure that just about everyone has. I think that you're doing the right thing by turning to the Bible. I used to not want to go to the Lord for help. I felt like I was troubling him with my problems, then I realized that is what he wants us to do. He would never throw anything our way that we couldn't handle and wants us to lean on him through times of trial. I read in the book "God Calling" that God made us humans so that we could only bear the burden of 24 hours. He doesn't want us to hold onto yesterday or worry about tomorrow.

I hope all gets better. I will pray for you.
