17 Weeks!!!

Haha you guys may think this is crazy but I do it for my hubby so that he can read them plus I'm going to print them off and put them in a scrapbook for baby boy so he  has something when he gets older!!


Dear Reader,


My skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — my lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. I weigh 5 ounces now (about as much as a turnip), and I'm around 5 inches long from head to bottom. I can move my joints, and my sweat glands are starting to develop. My mommy is starting to feel me move more and more each week and even saw and felt me kick yesterday. Daddy doesn't know what I am yet but once he gets home she has a BIG surprise for him, hopefully he won't be too mad at mommy for hiding the fact that she knew!! If he is maybe I can get him wrapped around my little finger so he won't stay mad too long. Anyways, I'm going back to playing and stretching!!
